Healing in therapy is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about understanding what shaped you, gently unraveling old patterns, and learning how to respond to life with awareness instead of reaction. When you begin to see yourself clearly, everything shifts: your relationships deepen, your anxiety softens, your confidence strengthens. Therapy becomes groundbreaking not because it changes your circumstances, but because it changes the way you live within them. As awareness grows, so does choice. And with choice comes freedom — freedom to love differently, respond differently, and build a life that feels aligned. Individual therapy may support you in:
Managing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Navigating life transitions or identity shifts
Healing from past relational wounds or trauma
Strengthening self-worth and confidence
Clarifying goals, values, and direction
Improving communication and boundaries in relationships
My role is to provide both depth and direction — a steady, thoughtful space where insight turns into meaningful change. This work is not about becoming someone different; it’s about becoming more in tune with who you are and how you want to live.
When you understand your patterns, you gain the power to change them. And that shift can alter the course of your life.

Families are living systems. When one part is struggling, everyone feels it. Conflict, distance, loyalty binds, unspoken expectations, generational patterns — they don’t just disappear with time. They repeat until they are understood.
Family therapy is a structured, intentional space where we examine the dynamics that shape your relationships — across households, generations, and life stages. Whether navigating divorce, blended families, sibling tension, parenting challenges, cultural differences, or long-standing conflict, I help families move beyond surface arguments and address the patterns underneath them.
In our work together, we:
Identify recurring cycles of conflict or disconnection
Strengthen communication without blame
Build emotional regulation and mutual respect
Clarify boundaries and roles
Repair ruptures that have created distance
My role is not to take sides, but to guide the system toward greater awareness, accountability, and connection. When the dynamic shifts, the family shifts. And when the family shifts, individuals begin to thrive.
Family therapy is not about perfection. It’s about creating a foundation strong enough to hold both honesty and love.

Couples therapy is a focused, structured process designed to interrupt those cycles and replace them with clarity, accountability, and genuine connection. Whether you’re navigating constant conflict, emotional distance, betrayal, intimacy concerns, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we look beneath the surface arguments to uncover what’s truly driving the disconnection.
In our work together, we:
Identify and dismantle recurring conflict patterns
Strengthen communication without defensiveness or blame
Rebuild emotional safety and trust
Address intimacy and vulnerability with intention
Clarify expectations, boundaries, and shared values
My role is not to mediate arguments, but to help you understand the emotional system you’ve created together — and guide you toward building something stronger.
Couples therapy is not about deciding who is right. It’s about learning how to repair, how to respond instead of react, and how to create a relationship that feels secure, respectful, and alive.
When two people become more aware, more accountable, and more intentional, the relationship transforms. And that transformation often reaches far beyond the relationship itself.
About Me
I believe therapy is not about fixing people — it is about helping them understand themselves more clearly and relate more intentionally. When individuals and families strengthen emotional awareness, communication, and accountability, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My work combines structured, evidence-based approaches with a deeply relational process — helping clients identify patterns, shift unhelpful thinking cycles, and build practical strategies that create real movement forward.
Solution-Focused CBT allows us to concentrate on strengths, clarity, and actionable steps toward the life you want. Trauma-Focused CBT provides a thoughtful framework for processing difficult experiences while strengthening emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
Whether working with couples, families, or individuals, I balance empathy with direction. I am not here for surface-level conversation — I guide clients toward insight that translates into measurable, lasting change.
Clients often describe my style as calm, direct, and grounded. I create a space where honesty feels safe, accountability feels constructive, and growth feels achievable.
Therapy is an investment — not just in resolving challenges, but in strengthening the foundation of your life and relationships. I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients in that work.
